The shipping addresses provided are where the packages will be shipped to. Lottie's Lipgloss cannot be held accountable for mistakes to shipping addresses made by the customer. After receiving a dispatch email your order address will unfortunately not be able to be altered in any way. Refunds will not be issued. After your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed orders, however, please contact us if you have any problems! Orders are shipped by Royal Mail.

International Shipping:

Europe Standard: 3-5 business days after dispatch

Rest of Word Standard:  6-7 business days after dispatch

Customers are responsible for duties and taxes incurred at their own border. Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees will not have shipping refunded.

Although international delivery is usually very quick and most parcels arrive in a matter of days, parcels can be held at customs and border controls in any country for any period of time and this is BEYOND OUR CONTROL. 

We advise international customers to purchase Tracked and Signed for shipping which allows your order to be tracked end-to-end with online confirmation and a signature on delivery (due to Covid-19 this may not be applicable) 

Please wait up to 14 business days before contacting us about your order. Selecting the standard (non-tracked) shipping option means you waive the right for a refund if your package is lost during transit.
